- Determine the deadline
- Determine why this goal is important to you
- Write out the tasks needed to accomplish the goal and day(s) to do the tasks

Make sure you control your goals…many are outside of your control
Behaviors are what you control..you alone.
For example Losing ten pounds vs.
Eat 2 meals using carrots and lettuce
Drink 5 glasses of water daily
Drink water, cinnamon, berries mix before every meal
Another example:
Getting upset because kids are not achieving our goals for them..we dont control them
We do control rewards for accomplishing
We do control punishment for not accomplishing goals
Control how we react to our kids behavior
